A clear list of the month's updates

Send AI follow-ups from captured chat leads

This is the biggest customer-facing workflow improvement this month: a lead captured by the webchat can now become a localized follow-up email without leaving the application.

  • Create, review, and send AI-written follow-ups from captured chat leads.
  • Use the guest's inquiry as context for a more relevant message in the right language.
  • Keep the right team members informed when a new opportunity comes in.

Where to try it: Go to Chat > Leads, then choose Send follow-up on a captured lead.

Stronger booking context from Mews, Apaleo, and easyTable

A large share of recent work went into making PMS and booking context more complete and more helpful when teams answer real guest questions.

  • Mews answers are now grounded in richer reservation, payment, rate, and cancellation context.
  • Apaleo-connected teams get stronger support for availability, pricing, and reservation-aware replies.
  • easyTable availability is much stronger, including clearer handling of table times, menus, and larger-party requests.

Better guest detail capture, date selection, and portal pages

The guest-facing layer received several practical upgrades, especially around collecting details, choosing dates, and presenting hotel content clearly.

  • Collect guest contact details and save a short summary of what they asked for.
  • Let guests choose dates and refine availability requests directly in chat.
  • Create richer, more polished guest portal pages with property-specific content.

Where to try it: Go to Chat > Implementation > Guest Portal to update the guest portal.

Cleaner email review and fewer unnecessary drafts

Email work focused on making the review experience easier to understand, while reducing manual checks and edge-case failures.

  • Review full email threads and long guest messages more easily.
  • Compare drafts and sent replies with a simpler Show changes experience.
  • Skip unnecessary drafts when a guest only sends a thank-you or closing reply.

Where to try it: Go to Integrations > Gmail/Outlook > Manage, then turn on Skip drafts for closing messages.

Clearer reviews of completed agent actions

The action review surface now does a better job of showing what the assistant did and what the final outcome was.

  • Review assistant actions in a cleaner, more mobile-friendly view.
  • Understand what the assistant did and what the final outcome was.
  • Get better draft quality after the assistant completes an action.

Faster ways to fix knowledge gaps

The product now gives teams clearer ways to teach the assistant what it missed and review where answers can improve.

  • Resolve knowledge gaps and rating feedback through a more guided flow.
  • Review suggested improvements before they become part of your knowledge.
  • Get a richer weekly review, including how AI drafts changed before they were sent.

Faster dashboards with calmer analytics

A set of performance and presentation updates makes review queues, charts, and analytics less noisy and easier to scan.

  • Review queues, suggestions, and knowledge gaps are easier to scan.
  • Charts are visually calmer and more consistent.
  • Key analytics, export, dashboard, settings, and inbox views feel faster.

Voice can answer more booking questions

Voice work this month focused on better tool usage, clearer guidance, and fewer noisy notifications.

  • Voice can check availability and pricing from connected booking systems.
  • Callers can be captured as leads with cleaner follow-up notifications for the team.
  • Booking lookups and handovers are more reliable when a caller needs staff help.

Safer file uploads and proposal previews

Document work focused on making uploaded company material and generated proposal documents more reliable.

  • Upload company PDFs for the assistant to use.
  • Add files through a simpler flow.
  • Generate and preview PDF proposals more reliably.

Where to try it: Go to Knowledge > Files & Sitemap > Add file to upload or link company files.

Stronger controls behind the scenes

The release also includes reliability and security improvements that make the product safer and more predictable.

  • Company data protections and assistant controls were strengthened.
  • AI responses, background processing, and important notifications are more resilient.
  • More real-world scenarios are checked before release.
