Help with the Opally mobile app

Support for existing Opally business users, including access, notifications, account deletion, and personal-data requests.

Requests on this page are handled by email

Contact-based process

The mobile app is designed for users whose company or property already has an Opally account. This page explains how to contact Opally; it is not an automatic deletion tool.

Get mobile support

Email us about sign-in problems, notification settings, device changes, missing workspaces, or questions about reviewing an agent action.

To help us identify the right account, include:

  • The work email address associated with Opally
  • Your company or property name
  • Your phone model and operating-system version
  • A short description and, where safe, a screenshot of the issue

Keep sensitive information out of support email

Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, guest messages, or sensitive guest data.

Account and data requests

Request account or personal-data deletion

Send the request from the work email address associated with Opally. Include your company or property and say whether the request concerns your user account, personal data controlled by Opally, or both.

  1. 1

    Send your request

Use the account-deletion email link below so the request is clearly identified.

  2. 2

    Identity and scope

We may ask for information needed to verify you and identify the account. If your organisation manages your access, we may coordinate with an authorised administrator.

  3. 3

    Review

We assess the request and explain if any information must be retained for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons.

  4. 4

    Outcome

We confirm the outcome and tell you if any further action is needed.

Request account deletion

Important to know

  • Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your Opally account.
  • Turning off notifications stops new alerts on that device but does not delete your account or data.
  • Where Opally processes guest data on behalf of a hotel, the hotel is generally the data controller. Guest data requests should normally be directed to the hotel.
  • Whether information can be deleted depends on the request, applicable law, and Opally's role for that data.
