Connect Opally to Mews

Connect your Mews property to Opally so the AI assistant can use live reservations, availability, and guest details when drafting replies.

Prepare your Mews details

  1. In the Mews Marketplace, enable the Opally integration for your property.
  2. Go to Marketplace → My subscriptions → Opally, click the key icon, and copy your Access Token.
  3. Go to Settings → Property and copy Identifier / Property ID (your Hotel ID in Opally).
  4. Go to Services → Stay → Booking engines, open your booking engine, and copy Identifier as your Configuration ID.

Log in to Opally

  1. Go to your Opally dashboard.
  2. Log in with your admin account for the property you want to connect.

Open Integrations and connect Mews

  1. In Opally, go to the Integrations page.
  2. Find Mews in the PMS list and click Connect.
  3. The Connect Mews dialog opens.

Fill in your Mews credentials

In the Connect Mews dialog, fill in:

  • Hotel ID
  • Configuration ID
  • Access Token

Click Connect. That's it!
