Add the Opally chatbot to your website

Copy the script tag from your Opally dashboard and paste it into your website. The widget will appear automatically.

Step 0

Open the implementation tab

  1. Log in to your Opally dashboard.
  2. Go to Chat.
  3. Open the Implementation tab.

Step 1

Copy the script tag

  1. Find the Script tag section.
  2. Click Copy to copy the script snippet.

Step 2

Paste it on your website

  1. Paste the script tag into your website's HTML.
  2. Recommended: place it right before the closing body tag.
  3. Publish your changes.

Use the exact snippet from your dashboard (it includes your company ID). If you need help adding it to your CMS, email info@opally.com.

Step 3

Allow your domain (security)

For security, only approved domains can load your widget.

  • Add your website domain under Allowed origins, then save.
That's it. Reload your website and the chat button should appear.
